Social Media Audit

With admissions for the upcoming school year underway, Vinschool's current social media goal is to attract and motivate more new parents to enrol their children, especially those still hesitant about the quality of education a bilingual school can offer.

By auditing Vinschool's Facebook and TikTok accounts and those of its two main competitors, the audit highlights the positives and negatives of the school's social footprint on both platforms. The audit also offers several recommendations for Vinschool to address key issues and improve its social media presence.

The second phase, a strategic plan, proposes four new content series to better support Vinschool in achieving its goal. These strategies align with their respective platforms' algorithms and user preferences for "non-sales" content.
